To keep all your work in one place
Messages, emails, documents and tasks sit together and are found with a question.
What work this is about
Work information is usually scattered: the contract is in email, the terms are in a chat, the task is in your head, the invoice template is in an old folder. Here it is gathered in one place and linked together.
Example
- AnswerSupply contract of 3 March — with a link to the document itself
- How this is knownThe person's page: on 3 March they sent the contract for approval
- What else is nearbyAn open task — return the signed copy
Three situations
“Where is that contract?” You ask which contract was discussed with this person. The answer links to the document and to the line in the history that records when it was sent.
“What did they write in March?” The person's page lists everything you agreed on, by date. There is no need to reread the correspondence.
“Make an invoice.” You say to whom and for how much. The invoice is assembled from your template; if company details are missing, the system says exactly which ones.
Which parts are involved
One day
In the morning you ask for a summary and read one page: who is waiting for an answer and what has changed. During the day you forward a couple of messages from private chats to the bot — they land in the history of the people they came from. In the evening you open the day page and see everything that appeared today.
