Person page
Everyone you have business with gets a page: who they are and what happened with them, by date.
How it works
When something important appears in the correspondence — agreed, promised, sent, asked — a dated line is added to the person’s page. Open tasks linked to them are shown there too. Phone numbers, addresses and company details are kept apart and never go into a conversation with the system.
What a person does
Opens the page before a conversation and sees the whole history in one place. Any line can be corrected by hand at any time.
