Summary of what is new
Everything that came in during the day on Telegram and by email is gathered on one page.
How it works
On request, the system reads new messages and emails, says who they are from and what they are about, and matches them with what is already recorded: the history of that person, open tasks, past correspondence. The result is one page: who is waiting for an answer, what has changed and what follows from it. The messages stay where they were — nothing is sent and nothing is marked as read.
What a person does
Asks for a summary when it is needed and reads the result. There is no schedule: the summary appears on request.
