Document from a template
A contract, an invoice or an annex is assembled from the document record and a template into a file ready to send.
How it works
The document record says who the parties are, what it is about and for how much. Company details come from the records about organisations; the amount in words and the number are filled in automatically. Before assembling, the system checks that every field is filled and names what is missing — it does not make up what is not there.
What a person does
Says which document is needed and with whom. Checks the finished file before sending it.
