The “Today” page
A list of what needs action: forgotten deals, overdue payments, unpaid invoices, missing documents.
How it works
The page is recalculated from the deal records. A deal with no movement for longer than the set period goes to “forgotten”, a client payment past its due date goes to “overdue”, a deal without a required document goes to “missing”. The rules — how many days count as forgotten, which documents are required — are written in one place, in the settings.
What a person does
Opens the page and goes down the list. Sets the rules once.
