Deals by stage
Each deal has its own page: client, stage, who runs it; everything that happened with it gathers there by itself.
How it works
A payment, a delivery, an invoice, a contract — each fact has its own record with a link to the deal and to the source: a document or someone’s words. The deal page is built from them: revenue, payments, what has been shipped, the history by date. What the system does not know, it does not fill in, but says plainly: “profit is not calculated, such and such data is missing”.
What a person does
Forwards the correspondence and documents of the deal and answers questions when something does not add up.
